| I opened one in 1987-88, can't remember which, and it was an absolute fruit bomb..reminded me of grape jelly it was so grapey! It really got me hooked on port. However, opened another bottle in 2000 and it seemed to be going through a "dumb" stage...all alcohol and no fruit.
