| No smell of fruit or pepper, just a little alcohol. Very disapointing and almost non-existing nose. A little pepper but a LOT of tannins during tasting. Slightly sweet and fruity but not enough to balance out the tannins. Overall a decent inexpensive young port that will be better in 5 years but won't go much beyond that age. | Posted on Feb 10, 2002
