Wine Tasting Note

Subject:	Average '85
Wine:	1985 Noval Vintage

Started off musty, but after a few hours started to open up. Still not that balanced with very strong pepper. I would expect more from an 1985, but it was only $40 US. ;-)	Posted on Jan 7, 2002 By Roy Pereira
Tried this wine again and it was better. Good tannins and nice sweetness. Long taste and good coolor. It is ready to drink right now as I expect it has reached its peak.	Posted on Jan 27, 2002 By Roy Pereira
