Review:Dark purple in color, with wonderful violet, berry and cherry aromas. Full-bodied, medium-sweet, with a solid core of fruit and tannins. Long finish. Subtle. Best Sandeman since the 1960s. Best after 2008. (25200 cases produced)

User Tasting Notes

Notes:I just got a bottle of this for xmas 2003 and will keep it for several years before opening. Reports suggest that it will age well, so I am not in a hurry to drink it yet.

Notes:Tasted in 2002. Very dark color. Clean fruity and flowery aromas but with young, non-distinct taste. Hard tannins lead to a mouth-puckering long, sweet finish.

Notes:I bought it at 20£, but havn't opened it yet. What's the rating. I havn't seen any.

Notes:Found this when it was released for $26 per bottle and really liked it..so I bought a case. Now it is selling at the same place for $66 per btl. since the good rating from WS. Hope it lives up to the rating.
