| Notes: | I tasted this wine at the Toronto IDVP 2006 Port Tasting and it was the best of the evening (even though it wasn't a vintage Port). It had a beautiful copper colour that was extremely light for a 1988. Smokey caramel flavour that reminded me of a mix between flan and a good scotch. There was a hint of peach in the finish and it was very light on pepper. This wine is a great and inexpensive Colheita! |
