| Notes: | I opened one in 1987-88, can't remember which, and it was an absolute fruit bomb..reminded me of grape jelly it was so grapey! It really got me hooked on port. However, opened another bottle in 2000 and it seemed to be going through a "dumb" stage...all alcohol and no fruit. I hope this is just the maturation process and that the fruitiness will return in later years cause I have about 10 more bottles. |
