| Delightful & sublime. Elegant nose of toffee & caramel. Harmonious structure & fabulous purity. Rich multi-layered berries are delightful. I was concerned by the mould growing on the outside of the cork, but this didn’t appear to have travelled far, & certainly hadn’t affected the wine. Slightly austere when first opened, after leaving for a couple of hours (talk about will power !) had mellowed perfectly. I suspect this will improve further & age well, but thrilling drinking now.
