Notes:	Red with some amber hints. Clear, with some sediment near the end of the bottle (coffee grounds). Spirity and light, with brown sugar and plum fragrance. Light and acidic, with moderate sweetness and very delicate. Drinkable, very much like Kopke’s 20 year old Tawny.
